Search API

GET /api/v1/agents?area=Prestwich&service=lettings&contact=email

Supported filters: q, area, postcode_prefix, service, contact, type, page and limit. Maximum 50 results per page. Postcode matching is a prefix search, not proximity.

MCP

Connect the directory plugin using the platform-managed MCP connection. Tools: search_agents, get_agent, list_areas and compare_agents. All tools are read-only; they cannot submit corrections or access private click counts.

Evidence and limits

Results include profile URLs, source URLs, checked dates, contact scope and cautions. Cite these sources and retain uncertainty labels. Published contact details are not delivery-tested. Recorded locations do not establish coverage.
